2、When the input and output shafts are connected to the power and supporting machinery, such as coupling, the shaft and shaft are required to be strictly aligned, and there should not be any difference in the center, and the v-belt and chain should not be too tight or too loose.
3、The installation base should be firm and reliable, no vibration or loosening, and the fixing screws should be selected in strict accordance with the relevant standards and regulations. 4、The installation screws should be checked from time to time to see if they are tightened and fixed securely, and the gaskets should be spring gaskets as far as possible.

Second, lubrication
1、Gear reducer generally adopts oil pool lubrication, before use, pay attention to be sure to add good medium pressure gear oil N220 or N320 to the specified position (20-30mm at the tooth), and regular replenishment.
2, the first 50 hours of use, should be immediately replaced with new oil, and the internal body of the oil clean, after every three months to replace.
3、Please replace the oil seal as soon as possible.
